A hillside home opened up to its water view. Wide-plank white oak floors run through the main level, a stacked-tile fireplace anchors the great room beneath a cedar plank ceiling, and the kitchen and baths were rebuilt with quiet, durable finishes made for everyday life.

The great room was opened to the water view, with a cedar plank ceiling above relaxed slipcovered seating.
A custom fireplace surround in stacked cream zellige tile anchors the main living space.
The upstairs landing pairs a refinished white oak railing with a simple brass chandelier.
The primary bath was rebuilt with a double vanity, quartz counters and a classic hex tile floor.
Durable grey tile carries through the hallway bath and mudroom entry — built for Pacific Northwest weather.
